註:投稿作品可由國合會獎學金計畫受獎生或其所組團體共同拍攝製作，惟成員須為國合會獎學金計畫合作盟校學生(請參考附檔)
Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in the TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program.
Note: The entered video may be produced by the scholarship recipient of the TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program or teams formed by them with students of 21 partner universities of the scholarship program (see attachment).
